What inspired Brock Hughes Real Estate
The idea for Brock Hughes Real Estate was set in motion over 19 years ago, although no one knew it yet. What started those 19 years ago was a young Brock Hughes working for his father building homes. Brock’s father is a master craftsman carpenter and he worked with him daily building homes, remodeling, and renovating.
“From footings to shingles, we worked building houses and that’s where I started to find my way in real estate.” – Brock Hughes
Their carpentry skills propelled them into remodeling homes to rent for the annual Masters Tournament held at the Augusta National Golf Club, and then over into real estate market sales for residential, and investments.

Marianne McBride
Marianne McBride is an Augusta native, and realtor licensed in Georgia and South Carolina. She has over eight years of real estate experience in investing, property management, construction, and sales in the CSRA. Marianne believes in providing excellent customer service to all clients and strives to make every purchase or sale process to be enjoyable and smooth. Her determination and motivation are a driving force in fulfilling her client’s needs and ensuring the best outcome possible.
When Marianne is not helping clients, you will find her spending time with her husband, son, and daughter. She enjoys going to the beach, mountains, and sporting events with her family.

Lee Ellen Swartz
Lee Ellen Swartz is a licensed Realtor in Georgia and South Carolina with over 21 years of management experience in the hospitality and healthcare industries. In addition, she started her own real estate portfolio in 2013, assisted in the conveyance of multiple investment properties, and has worked multiple years meeting clients’ housing needs for the annual Masters Tournament. With her gained knowledge and her love of people, she felt it was God’s timing in her life to finally follow her passion and pursue a real estate career.
In Lee Ellen’s free time she enjoys fishing, kayaking, gardening, cooking, volunteering, watching baseball, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, and traveling. Above all, she enjoys spending time with her two precious sons and wonderful husband.
